If you’re like most people, myself included, you’ll want to jump straight to the exercises for seeing auras. I don’t blame you. It is a powerful and exciting experience! I suggest reading this book in a linear fashion, but you can certainly jump around. Once you’ve finished reading the book, it serves as a wonderful guide to have handy while performing aura readings.
If seeing auras is where you feel called to start, then go for it. However, if you find that you’re struggling to see auras right away, I encourage you to try some of my techniques for experiencing auras in other ways.
This book will give you all the tools you need to understand, see, cleanse, and protect your aura. So, if you do jump around, rest assured that the answers you seek are here. My best advice for working with this book, and auras, is to keep your mind open and enjoy the journey!
The nadis are energy pathways within your body that help connect the subtle energy body and keep prana (life force) moving. The subtle energy system has several nadis, but here are the three primary nadis.
Ida: Runs primarily along the left side of your spine and is associated with feminine energy.
Pingala: Runs primarily along the right side of your spine and is associated with masculine energy.
Sushumna: Runs along the center of your spine and passes through each chakra. It is the most important nadi and channels energy from the base of your spine to the crown of your head.
